Sides

Rice, potatoes, pasta, dumplings, vegetables. Sides are cheaper, fresher and better on site, so YIELDA does not supply them and does not price them.

Your recipes

The same holds for your own recipes and regional dishes. The network fills the industrial gap and leaves the rest of the menu to you.

YIELDA Finishing Systems

Extracts, finishing oils and aroma systems go on just before service. They hold the fresh sensory step and make two distant centres taste the same.

Long industrial processing and the final taste stop being the same step. That separation is what keeps a module tasting like a kitchen.
